Activities 2011/12
In the academic year 2011/2012, Sučany Alumni will engage in the following activities:
• Projects and competitions for valuable as well as cash prizes:
- Essay Competition
- Sučany Mastermind
- Alumni Student Award
- Alumni Staff Award
- The Milan Hodža Scholarship
• Interesting presentations on topics such as the choice of universities at home and abroad, career guidance, summer jobs
ATTENTION this year, we are planning to hold discussions with graduates who have gotten degrees at world’s best universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Yale.
• Consultations regarding university applications and help with the choice of universities (the so called university clinic)
• Supporting and printing the KARIS school magazine
• A regular newsletter about the news and events at the school
• Interviews with graduates
• The Sučany Alumni Grant for student projects and activities, financed from the donations of 2% of the income tax
